Public Virtual - Succulent Birdhouse

Throughout this workshop, you will relax and unwind for a therapeutic hour of planting in a beautiful, stained pine wood, indoor or outdoor birdhouse that can be used as home decor or as a functioning home for nearby birds.

This 12.5 inch high, and 7.25 inch wide birdhouse includes a plastic liner to keep the soil and water out, and will liven up any area of your yard or house that needs a little love. 

With this project, you will get an amber, aqua, or yellow birdhouse, moss, soil, sedum, and 3 succulents. Since the birdhouse top can hold many succulents, you will have the option of adding a variety of additional succulents to your planter, or keeping its look simplistic with 3 succulents and moss only.

We will discuss best practices for succulent care and maintenance, sun requirements, watering, and propagation for healthy plants. We will also show you how to transfer succulents to a different planter, so that if you are planning to keep this project outdoors as long as the weather permits, you can be transfer and bring it inside, display it elsewhere throughout the cold months, and brought back outside again the next year.

The base price of $55 plus shipping includes your birdhouse planter, 3-5 succulents depending on size, moss, soil, and sedum. If you choose to fill your birdhouse with an assortment of succulents, you must buy the succulent assortment add-on, which includes an assortment of 10 succulents and sedums for an additional $45.

Ticket sales for zones 4 and 5 will end on August 10th. Ticket sales for zones 1-3 will end on August 17th. Ticket prices will vary based on your location. Please refer to the map below to confirm your state's shipping zone. All orders will be verified before shipments are made, so please be sure to choose the correct zone prior to check out. If the incorrect ticket zone purchase is made, you will be contacted prior to your kit being shipped to make the payment difference or receive a refund for the correct zone. We are working with Eventbrite to change the shipping and handling process at check out, and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate through this virtual process.

You will also receive 3 reminder emails to access the webinar link sent 2 days, 2 hours, and 2 minutes before the event start time.
