Cold Weather Shipping Disclaimer:
 
Air plants can tolerate hot and mild temperatures but cannot survive below freezing. During the winter months, when we ship our kits, we assess the destination location, the temperature at our warehouse, and expected temperatures during transit.
 
If needed, we include an **80-hour heat pack** to keep the box warm during shipping. To keep our kit pricing consistent year-round, this cost is not included in the base price. Instead, if cold weather protection is necessary, we will notify your group at the time of shipping and add the cost to your final invoice.
